  • Plain half-baguette
  • Cream cheese
  • 1 slice of Emmental cheese
  • Roquefort
  • Grated carrots
  • 1 small stick of celery

  • Defrost the bread for around 10 minutes, then cook for 10-12 minutes at 190-200°C.
  • Cut the slice of Emmental into two half-slices.
  • Cut 3 strips of Roquefort. Cut the celery into slices.
  • Cut the bread, but do not separate the two halves.
  • On the bottom half of the bread, spread on the cream cheese
  • Then add the 2 half-slices of Emmental, grated carrots
  • And the 3 strips of Roquefort and a few slices of celery.
  • Close the sandwich
